Come join Glass Studio Supplies as we have a day out at the British Glass Biennale and International Bead Biennale.
This is a one-day event.... Tuesday 17th September 2024
Coach Departs Glass Studio Supplies at 8:00am.
Free Car Parking at Glass Studio Supplies. Tea & Coffee in the shop from 7:40am.
We will travel to Glasshouse Arts Centre, Stourbridge, (former home of the Royal Dalton Glassworks) arriving at about 11am.
(There are toilet facilities on the coach!).
Tour the 2024 British Glass Biennale and the International Bead Biennale at your leisure from 11 to 4pm.
The Glasshouse Arts Centre has lunch facilities (Cafe), or bring your own packed lunch.
In addition to the two Biennale festivals there will be the glass heritage centre to explore and a gallery of glass artefacts to view.
Depart for home at 4pm, arriving back at Glass Studio Supplies at approximately 7pm.

The British Glass Biennale is the foremost juried exhibition of excellence in contemporary glass by artists, designers and craftspeople working in the UK and British Artists working abroad. It is the flagship exhibition within the International Festival of Glass.
The British Glass Biennale is open to artists, designers, craftspeople and students working in all areas of contemporary glass practice or using glass as a key design element. The emphasis is on new work demonstrating the highest level of excellence in design, creative imagination and technical skill.
