Bullseye frit is made from crushed, screened and magnetically cleaned Bullseye compatible sheet glass.
Frits are very versatile and can be used in Pate de verre and kilncasting, kilnforming, torchworking and blowing.
The colour of the frit in its unfired and fired states may differ greatly.
May react with Copper, Lead or Silver. Lightly variegated throughout.
This style is not suitable for kilncasting because it can become incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period. It may also become incompatible in instances where processes exceed the parameters of the test for compatibility.
Testing recommended when heatwork exceeds these parameters.
The frit is supplied in a clear grip seal bag and labelled for easy identification.
